- Processing Time: After an order is placed, it gets shipped within 1-2 business days. Take Orders placed on the weekend or on national holidays will be processed in the following business day.
- Shipping Methods: Shipping methods vary by location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on shipping method and location; it is visible on the checkout page before order placement.
- Domestic Shipping: Depending on where you live and what method you choose, delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days.
- International Shipping: We will ship internationally, but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of the laws governing the importation and possession of the products ordered and International orders take 21 business days to arrive, with customs fees, and taxes depending on destination country.
- Shipping Restrictions: There may be shipping restrictions for specific products in some countries because of certain regulations. Please know your own import regulations before ordering. Enhanced Athlete will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered orders when it comes to international shipments. We do not cover any reshipment, store credit, especially refund. Kindly understand that once we hand over your package to our logistic partner, we no longer have control over it. For seized shipment, we do not process a refund or reshipment, instead, a 30% discount will be provided. This is why we advised our customers to know your importation rules before placing an order and you should be aware of the possibility because 100% delivery is not guaranteed for these types of products.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is seen to be undeliverable due to wrong address or other reasons beyond our control, it may be returned to us. In such cases, kindly contact us to resolve the issue and arrange re-delivery.

- Military Address: At this time, we cannot deliver to a military address.
- All paid requested cancellations are charged a $25 processing fee.
